Producing milk and dairy products is an around-the-clock operation. If cows had an off button, we would have found it by now. That’s why we provide customer support 24/7.

Milk Moovement has a service-level agreement (SLA) of 1 minute and 30 seconds. Even though we have 90 seconds to respond, our median first response time is 32 seconds.

When a ticket is open, the median time to close it is 20 minutes. According to Leah Brossault, Customer Success Specialist here at Milk Moovement, the customer success team has specialized knowledge for various Milk Moovement regions and reporting. It is responsible for ensuring end-users have the tools they need to succeed.

Between staff knowledge and response time, the customer satisfaction rating is 95+%.

When contacting Milk Moovement for help, there’s always another person on the other side ready to assist.
